They have bad quality in their saffron, their quality control, and their staffs. One of their staffs are so foul-mouthed and I hope he will be discarded soon from the company. I have bad experience here. I had reserved top negin quality the day before, in a big amount. But then they gave us 4 big cartoons with steel seal. We sent it to our country and then our customers were mad because this company gave us a bad quality saffron with wrong packages. They insisted that they gave the right saffron, just the wrong packages. But then they gave a little compensation, fewer than half of the amount we paid for. In conclusion, their quality control for their saffron is soooo bad.
