January 2 to 7, 2020 I think I was the 1st person reached the summit on 2020, with 2 Irish boys. The 3rd shelter was a great place to rest and waiting 5 days for weather window (My first time staying inside the shelter). Almost all kind of nutritions is available in the shelter, Kamal said we brought thousands of water bottles here in the summer with mules, chocolate bars, noodles, soups, soft drinks, juices, etc. are available as well. there is an space of about 70 beds but no warming tools except in the kitchen for cooking. In the summer there is a large outside space for camping and may contain about 200 tents! colorful and happy. Thank you to Kamal for accompanying us in these days, I never forget the first hot soup he gave me at the entering.

Big mountain hut. Price is about 5 USD per night. There is a place for maybe 70 people in bunk beds next dinning hall and buffet. But building has no toilets or heating. Next places for sleep are outside. You have to calculate that inside was about 0C at night in the early june.
I just spend one night there before the peak (I couldn't sleep at all). It's really dirty. You could go with your shoes everywhere, noisy all the time, I think there are no rules. Bad idea to stay there more than one night. But like always iranien are really friendly and wellcoming but is it enough to have a nice souvenirs from Iran?
Bargah Sevvom is located in the midway of Gosfand Sara to Damavand summit.This construction provides some amenities,requiring to be paid, for mountaineers like foods and rooms ,specially in warm seasons.In clear summer nights,the night view is amazing,and it is possible to see milky way and to shoot night photos

بارگاه سوم دماوند جایی است که کوهنوردان آخرین کمپ را برای صعود قله از مسیر جبهه جنوبی دایر میکنند و دارای امکانات رفاهی از قبیل فروشگاه، دستشویی، قاطر، چادر و تخت خواب میباشد. فروشگاه آب، آش و عدسی و تنقلات و چای و آب جوش و... جهت فروش عرضه میکند. این مکان در ارتفاع ۴۲۰۰ متری است و تا قله حدود ۶ ساعت زمان میبرد. جبهه جنوبی بدلیل امکانات رفاهی و در دسترس بودن و راحتی مسیر جزو پر تردد ترین جبهه های قله دماوند است.
بارگاه سوم از گوسفندسرا تقریبا ۵ ساعت راهه، دستشویی داره و امکان خرید آب و نوشابه هست. برای چادرزدن مناسبه و از اونجا هم تا قله برای یه تیم حرفه\u200cای ۶ ساعت و برای تیم\u200cهای معمولی\u200cتر ۱۲ ساعت راه هست. امنه و میشه وسایل رو اونجا گذاشت و رفت قله. سر و صدا یکم زیاده و ممکنه خوب نشه خوابید. توی زمستون خلوته و باید حتما برید توی ساختمون، ولی مرداد بهترین وقته و جا هم برای چادرزدن پیدا میشه معمولا
