One of the worst agencies I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Their employee gave me one price at first for a two night hotel reservation and when I have decided to reserve the room asked for more and when I told her she said a lower price she refused to accept until I showed her a pic from her own agency's declared prices and she said oh yes!! I was mistaken. Who knows if she was going to keep the extra money for herself. It took her more than SEVEN days and THREE attempts to send me the voucher after I paid the money because every time she wrote a wrong email address although I TEXTED her the right address. Unfortunately my uncle passed away and I decided to cancel my trip. So I asked her to cancel my reservation. It took them another one week and several calls from me to get back my money.
