(AGC) was incorporated in December 2003 and has already established itself as a significant player in the market. AGC's activities span across three different sectors: oil and energy, Auto and heavy industries, food industry. Timeline: 1. Already operating in food industry for more than 10 years, in 2003, a group of businessman established the Company and started various businesses such as oil and petrochemicals business with Caucasian countries, especially Russia and Azerbaijan. 2. Entering the field of auto brokerage and starting dealership of some Iranian car makers like Pars Khodro and Iran Khodro in some main cities in the country like Tabriz, Tehran, Mashhad and Urmia that expanded to 10 provinces of 32 existent. 3. Entering the heavy machinery field by starting from some especial machines like asphalt production and repair machines and general machines like backhoe loaders and etc. 4. AGC initiated distribution of some Iranian lubricant makers such Behran Oil Co. in the country through its subsidiaries, especially in North West provinces of the country comprising Tabriz, Ardabil and Urmia. 5. Official representative of the Austrian/Polish heavy machinery producer, Strassmayr, in Iran awarded to AGC Heavy Machinery. 6. Starting distribution of some imported brands like KIA and Hyundai in Tehran and some main cities unofficially. Abilities and Facilities: 1. Some large and inviting showrooms located in Tehran and some main cities in the country. 2. A sales network with qualified staff, span across almost all main provinces in the country. 3.
