Lodged a complaint back in mid Feb 20, still no response. The complaint process is deliberately complicated and designed to deter customers. Even if you manage to submit your feedback, they don't seem to be caring at all. I will take further action and seek compensation if they continue to fail to address my concerns.

I would've given zero star if I could. Poor customer service and lack of accountability No proper feedback/complaint processing The system is designed to deter you from further follow up. Basically, it's a pain in the neck if you have to deal with them for whatsoever reason.

I had question about Dubai airport lounge, operator just said we don’t know and don’t call us again and disconnected. She could guide me to know to collect information or share phone number in my eyes. Poor service!!
