Ive been there for two times, both of them were amazing. There is a small coffeeshop they had good coffee, smoking is allowed there.
Such a good place
One of the best theaters in Tehran. Although the scene is small, the plays are great and they are very careful about the content. It is recommended that you be there a little before the play starts.
Special and very small salon for theaters students. But other people can go to the salon for watching. Also a small coffee is in the lobby. You can enjoy it.
