This association (NCEA) was founded as a means of helping continuously link and guide the selected participants of Nano Club events, as may be expected with a variety of fields of study and expertise, with the aim of preserving this elite core until reaching its goals in nanotechnology related fields, of either having done successful research, developing a prototype/product, entrepreneurship, finding or building a career and more. The members are introduced into the association via Iran's Nano Olympiad (top competitors) and/or Nano Festival (5 selected projects) annually, or by submitting an application form. All activities of this organization are solely performed by its members; And its moral, intellectual and material contributions are provided by Iran Nanotechnology Innovation Council (INIC) and its educational branch, Nano Club.
