Such a amazing place to get haliem no one will beat it, I try to go anytime I’m near it, the only issue is parking but it’s valiasr so expected.

I am rather nostalgic about "Rad Restaurant" as I remember a friend and myself used to go this place to get a sausage or two to nibble while walking on snow covered Pahlavi Street. The restaurant was called Frankfurter back then. The whole nostalgia goes back to pre-Islamic State era as there was this feeling of happiness around us, we were in a jovial mood. thanks Mammad
I love this restaurant any time I come to valiasr I come here to eat haliem, some might say they know a better place to have haliem or ash but I don't believe them the best haliem around in my opinion. The service is always good never had a problem before some might complain about the price especially for these traditional dishes that are available everywhere and that may be true it's not as cheap as other places but it's better in taste so I guess that's why you paying more. In any case a must if you in Tehran and valiasr
This place is known for it's Halim and Ash. They have never disappointed me on these two although they offer other Persian meals as well.
