Pro: The cleanest pool in west part of Tehran. It has a variety great instructors for swim lesson. The instructors are friendly and professional. Anyone can register for swim lessons and you do not have to be a student at Sharif University. Although Sharif students get discount. Cons: The only problem is that signing up for a lesson is often a headache. It will take at least 2-3 weeks to know the date and time of the class (even in summer time when they expected a high number of learners). They don't have any set schedule for lessons to choose from. First they ask you when and what time do you want to register. Then, they ask you to wait for their call even though you requested for a small group class of 5 to 6 learners... I wish they revise their registration system.

It's one of the best pool in Tehran. It's clean and they mostly use ozone instead of chlorine. The price is relatively high for people how are not member of Sharif university. There are too separated pool for men and women in this complex and they are active every day from morning to night, instead of some holidays. Also in the afternoon they don't accept people instead of special group.
The water and the atmosphere can be cold sometimes but very clean, there is very narrow shallow lane so if you don't know how go swim be cautious. You can dive in different heights but ask a lifeguard first, the locker room and the showers are good. The saunas and jacuzzi are not so hot. It can be very crowded due to almost free price for Sharif University students but the pool ia big enough to enjoy your time.
sharif university swimming pool is one of the biggest swimming pool I have ever seen in my whole life. It has very clear water and it is not crowded.
Great pool with clear water and good and caring staff
On the ladies side, it's quite clean. It has a separate shallow pool. There is also a dry sauna, a wet sauna and a jacuzzi. I'm not too sure if there are times that they open the length for athletes to train. That would be great. You can have access to free lockers (with keys). Having a head cap is mandatory. Public slippers are available.
