Tehran international symposium set & custom design will be held for the first time in Iran on April 2016 by Akbar Jalili founder and secretary of symposium and Hoowai Art Institute. On the spring of 2014 Akbar Jalili decided hold Tehran international symposium set & custom design. his goal is independence of scene design and codification and review of academic and world view on tasty set & custom design and also to reach a scientific and thought view at design and performance of an executive work. So since 2014 he started to research, study pathology of theatre and scene design and observed festivals and international symposium to achieve a general idea for its performance in Iran. The first plan and regulations was specified and the draft of calls was written. The famous artists of our country Mr Iraj Raminfar, Qobad Shiva ,Hasan Majoni ,Shahram Alidi and Media Kashigar accepted to co- operate with us as scientific advisors of first period of symposium. The secretariat approved final plan of calls to print and publish and the licence no 94/33793 issued by ministry of culture. Another important subject that the symposium focus on it ,is important elements in scene &custom design like lighting design. in most countries it is taught as a specialized course but unfortunately not only there is not academic course but also it is ignored. by a scientific–research view this symposium is going to reduce existence vacuums in scene & custom design and make up academic lacks because the revelution in visual space of an executive work is a revelution in totality of work. And also this symposium will discover new talents and introduce them to professional groups. Tehran theatre international set & custom design symposium expect to take a small step in direction of cultural duty by existent capacity and invitation of artists and experts and empower the extra affects of making an executive works.
