Very very rude staff both at the central office and at the airport. Flights are always delayed or cancelled. Do not trust and choose this airline. I never had a good experience with them.
The worst airline company I have ever felt with , specially their office in ERBIL , not recommended at all , they will just steal your money for nothing , never ever use this company specially if you have transit conjunction,
