The operators of the plant have the ability to turn the Francis turbines on and off thereby meeting peak demands in Iran. If one is in the area a brief stop over at the dam is a must. Remember its very warm in summer and particularly cold in winter.
Wasn't open on Saturday, the views from the back were stunning though!

یه استراحتگاه بین راهی خوب و مناسب که رستوران و امکانات بهداشتی خوبی داره. از محل موزه میشه نمای خوبی از سد کارون 3 رو تماشا کرد. برای عکاسی از منظره سد جای مناسبیه
