• The Good : The staffs and engineer s were so honest and kind. And the building was easy to spot. • The bad : #Prices to the roof!! My GPU had one of its Fans broken and my warranty was out so they offered me a really expensive Price for just a single fan ( about the half of the price of the GPU ) so, I gave up on them. • And the Ugly : To be honest the whole guarantee situation in this country is a sad joke.

Despite some of the previous reviews, I found the staff very nice and the waiting time almost non-existent. Although for some reason the box of the cable I had brought for repair did not have the warranty sticker, they accepted it after seeing the online receipt and replaced the cable in about a week. Overall, I'm very happy with their service.

Avajang guarantee service They are so kindly but they don't answer your needs on time, and i think late answering to your request is not what makes you happy

Excellent service. Very helpful staff. Their service is more expensive than other warranties but it's worth it. Replaced two of my defective devices with no questions asked.

Rude staff, they dont even know the basic ethic, I went there 2 months ago to get repaired a broken Asus tablet, before they let me know the details of their repair process and ask any question they made me wait about 40 miutes, the guy was sitting behind a computer and loafing, i was the only one at there, and there was no one except me, but they told me take ticket, eventually after wasting 40 minutes there they called my ticket number, and the very first thing they told me before asking a single question was " if you want us to check your device's problem, you have to pay 1000000rials first, even we can't fix it, or refuse to fix it because of lack of equipments" i told them the problem is obvious, the charge plugging need to br changed, but they repeated their previous babbling rudely, i am sorry for companies like asus that chose them as their representativs, what a shame and waste of time
