This project of IMax cinema complex started near 10 years ago but did not made any improvements and was hold for a long period of time. The project is a steal and hold and the area is closed by the walls around the construction site. It is not clear if they want to continue the same project or the plans are changed and another project is replaced with the IMAX cinema complex. Anyway it is a very big land which could be used for better idea. The cinema project is not a suitable for the neighborhood because there is not enough access roads and it make a huge traffic in the area.
