Lotka ecocolage is the lovely and calming place to go there and be free from world. You can enjoy from environment, foods, lotka in river and enjoy sleeping in good weather. Dont miss it.

What an amazing place!! We stayed at the ecolodge for 3 nights and left totally relaxed. The buildings are great and the garden is lovely, but we enjoyed the friendly staff the most. The staff made us great homemade food (best we had in Iran), helped us with places we wanted to see and booking a busticket. Thank you so much for making our trip great, we will hope to come back again!

We liked this guesthouse. It's a beautiful quiet place. The 2 couples who are working here, are really friendly. As we're cycling, they contacted the cycling club of Bandar-e-Anzali to cycle together. De food was great! Thank you a lot!

This place was one of my best experiences in my life. The peace you get here is unique. Location: Located in one of the famous tourism targets in Iran: Gilan - Zibakenar Road. you will have a good access to cities like Rasht and Anzali. It is only 10 minutes away from the Caspian sea. There are enough shops and restaurants around if you choose to eat somewhere else. View: Amazing! if you choose to stay at the second floor you will have a beautiful view from the balcony; you will have the jungle at the left and the rural garden at your left. there is also a river at the back of the house which is available to visit. you shouldn't miss the river. fisherman's boat (Lotka) is also available, you can arrange to sail with them while they go for fishing in the mornings. Rooms: This Hostel is a traditional Gilani House with traditional stuffs. so there is no bed, just bedrolls and pillows. electricity is also available for using such devices. the rooms are clean and cozy. as there is only 2 rooms to book, it is not crowded at all. you will have your peace and quite. Mosquito net is also available for the nights. Staff: Friendly, Polite and professional. they give you this feeling as if you are their guests not customers. they kindly love to chat with you and guide you for the best places around. they are always available. Food: Breakfast is a real gold! there is nearly everything on their breakfast table. lunch and dinner are also available by the menu. their food quality is great but they could be cooked better. At the end, If you want to spend some nights in a place which separates you from everything you are running from in your life, you have to visit this place!

For me Lotka Ecolodge has been the perfect spot to rest after the intense hikes I did in the North West of Iran. Super cosy and quiet location, friendly hosts and great meals (had a vegetarian dinner and a superb breakfast): could not ask more ! The Caspian Sea is at only 10 min by bike (available in the ecolodge with no additional cost), just a pity I could not spend more days in the area to enjoy it. Recommended!
