I went there 3 years ago motivated by my interest in architecture. The renovation job had been done well. I liked it. There was also a good traditional restaurant inside to the right. Really liked the food, although I dined alone.

The Sa'd al-Saltaneh Caravanserai (سعد السلطنه) is a large Caravanserai located in the city of Qazvin in Qazvin Province of Iran. Sa'd al-Saltaneh Caravanserai Sadolsaltaneh caravanserai.jpg The interior of the caravanserai. Type caravanserai Location Qazvin, Iran Built during the Qajar era, the caravanserai is one of Persia's best preserved urban caravanserais. The builder (patron) of this large caravanserai was a person by the name Sa'd al-Saltaneh Isfahani (آقا باقر سعد السلطنه اصفهاني), for whom the caravanserai is named after. The caravanserai is built on a square plan, has 4 iwans facing a courtyard. The interiors are decorated with Muqarnas and Rasmi bandi. The Hujrehs, or the rooms for the travelers, are situated one meter above the courtyard ground level. The Hashti behind the southern iwan has the largest gonbad, with 4 semi-domes adjacent to it. The eastern-western axis of the Hashti is called Dalan-i Qeisariyeh (دالان قيصريه ) or "Caesar's Hall", and the north-south axis of the Caravanserai's Hashti is named Dalan-i Ghahremani (دالان قهرماني) or "Ghahremani Hall". The former is connected to the "Bazaar of Vizir" of the city. There are also two smaller courtyards in the east and west of the Caravanserai.
You gonna find a lot of little handicrafts shops and unique nice coffee shops around this place, if you wanna have a relaxing walk and chilling out for some hours this place will put a smile in your face for sure.
Here is one of Persia's best preserved urban caravanserais. Stunning building, worth a visit.
It's so beautiful. A good place for photography and rest after a busy day.
one of the best places to visit during your travel to Qazvin. as a university student who studies in Qazvin I strongly suggest you to visit this place
Beautifully restored old caravanserai. Very nice atmosphere. Added safety provided through a security guard at the entrance. There are a number of nice shops and cafes to choose from, both with indoor and outdoor seating. Great place to come for window shopping :-)
This is a tactfully reconstructed historical place; you can find many beautiful traditional shops here to buy handicrafts and souvenirs of Qazvin. There are plenty of trendy cafes each with their exclusive style; I recommend you pick one, spend some time and get a refreshing traditional drink. There's also a mosque and a traditional bath you can visit near here.
