It takes them a single phone call to come collect the parcel and deliver it within a couple of days max. Great call centre staff, but the website order registration service doesn't work properly so you'll end up using the phone.

Yesterday, I had an important and urgent order for delivery from Mashhad to Tehran, using their "Sepidbal Express" delivery service. Issuer, in the office told me they are going to deliver it between 9 AM to 2 PM of the next day, most likely to be in 9/10 AM. The next day, after 60 times calling their tracking phone (around 45 times it was busy, according to my phone) and pursuing the order, they deliver it at 3 PM (the next day) and the postman said the have done their best because I was in HURRY!! I called the customer service of the central office, Tehran office, and wrote in their site (contact us). No one was responsible! So, if you are interested for an adventure of 60 times calling for tracking and losing a complete workday, I, as a local guide in Tehran and Mashhad, recommend you trust Sepidbal :-) My phone call log is attached ...
