the worst experience that I have ever had to rent a place. The apartment was too dirty and smells horrible which was different from the picture that is shown on the website. I asked the owner to move us to a different place but he refused that.so I called company customer service then I moved out and check out from the place. I asked to refund my money back but they hold the owner back and they refuse my request. هیچوقت پولتون رو اینجا خرج نکنید چون پول رو ابتدا می دهید در صورت کثیف بودن و بوگند دادن محل بهتون پس نمی دن

The staffs appear to be very customer oriented but TRUELY they 100% support the property owners, very paradoxical! We rented a villa for 3 nights in Motel Ghoo (Salmanshahr), the owner confirmed the reservation but when we got there, he asked us to stay in another villa for the first night with much lower quality and amenities and move to the main one the day after. He promised to return a portion of the rent over the phone later, but not only the owner refused to pay for the inconvenience, JABAMA did nothing to resolve the issue. Yes the website gets its commission from the owners and practically speaking it only supports them in case of any conflict, cheap business in today’s world! My tips to readers: Don’t rent any property from Mr. Ghasemi, he owns 5 villas there. Be very skeptical of any good appearances JABAMA staffs are trying to show off.
