It's really good place for North-Eastern part of Tehran.

Beautiful views from the roof terrace and from some of the rooms. Rooms are OK, spacious and equipped with a small kitchen. The level of service is not great. Breakfast rather basic but OK. Popular place for weddings, which causes noise disturbance for some rooms.
